Set up is from 8:00 - 9:30AM
Absolutely NO TEAR DOWNS before close of the event! Leaving during the event causes confusion and can be a major safety hazard. It is disrespectful and unacceptable.
HIP Inc. Presents The Heights Fall Festival & Art Walk
Location: The Downtown District Of Haddon Heights along Station Ave (Vendor SET UP AT 2:30PM)

Check in at the tent in at the corner of E. Atlantic Ave & Station Ave. Information and directions will be given prior to the day of the event.
- Beer / Wine / Artisan Vendors / Food Trucks
- All participants acknowledge they will be provide with (1) 10x10 vendor spot. Space is limited and given on a first come first serve basis.
- Tents are REQUIRED and must have 20 pound tent weights on each leg of ten. Any vendor that does not have the proper set up may be asked to not participate.
Food Truck Vendors $200 **Plus cost of applicable permits
Artisan / Craft Vendor Spaces $125
FOR ALL Crafts/ART: All work must be original and designed by the artist. Images submitted should represent the artist's current work to be exhibited at the Haddon Heights Fall Festival. The Festival committee reserves the right to remove any work that does not conform to the standards set forth in this entry. Failure to comply may result in the removal of an artist from the festival. I agree to allow the festival organization use of images for the purpose of promoting this event.
This form is for vendors wishing to sell items during the Heights Fall Festival & Art Walk. There is no guarantee that your application will result in participation at the event, but all applications will be reviewed and considered. If your business is selected for participation, you will be contacted by the Admin.
We must reject any food product that is prepared in a home kitchen. However- Cottage license placards are accepted.
All vendors selling food will be required to get approval and provide proof of MOBILE licensing from the Camden County Health Department. Please note having a certified food business does not guarantee your product will be approved for sale in a event environment by the Health Department. Brick and Mortar permits are NOT the same as having a mobile permit.
HIP has very limited space and reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor as they see fit. Rates are subject to change as the year progresses
