Fire In the Hole Vendor Application

HIP is hosting a 2023 Cornhole Tournament & BBQ smoke competition on West Atlantic Avenue on October 28 th.

The tournament will run from 12 pm- 6 pm.
Vendors will begin loading in at 10AM and will not be permitted to break down until 6PM.

Full event details and load in instructions will be provided to all approved vendors.

There will be a $100 non-refundable fee per vendor to register for the event. If vendors want to participate as a sponsor, cook team, or in the cornhole tournament, that would be an additional fee.

Applicants who are awarded opportunities at any HIP events under these specifications shall indemnify and hold harmless Heights in Progress, HIP INC., any co-host or collaborating HIP entity, Haddon Heights Farmers' Market and the Borough of Haddon Heights or corresponding borough the event is located at, its officers, employees, agents, and servants from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, recoveries, judgments, costs and expenses including attorney fees, incurred to suffered on account of property damage or loss and/or personal injury, including loss of life of any person, agency, servants or subcontractors in the performance of the work described in these specifications. The applicant further agrees that this indemnification by the applicant shall continue after completion of any and all HIP events for all claims, demands suits, actions, recoveries, judgements, costs and expenses including attorneys fees resulting from acts or omissions the applicant, its employees, agents, servants or subcontractors which occur prior to the completion of the event or season.
