HIP Inc. Presents The Magnolia Night Market

Location: Along the rail road tracks on Evesham Ave (Vendor SET UP AT 2:30PM)

This is a Rain or Shine Event

Check in at the tent in at the corner of W. Madison Ave and Atlantic Ave. NW. Information and directions will be given prior to the day of the event.

- Beer / Wine / Artisan Vendors / Food Trucks

- All participants acknowledge they will be provided with (1) 10x10 vendor spot. Space is limited and given on a first come first serve basis.

- Tents are REQUIRED and must have 20 pound tent weights on each leg of ten. Any vendor that does not have the proper set up may be asked to not participate.

Food Truck Vendors $200/Event **Plus cost of applicable permits

Artisan / Craft Vendor Spaces $100/Event

This form is for vendors wishing to sell items during the Magnolia Night Market. There is no guarantee that your application will result in participation at the Market, but all applications will be reviewed and considered. If your farm/business is selected for participation, you will be contacted by Market Admin.

We must reject any food product that is prepared in a home kitchen. However- Cottage license placards are accepted.

All vendors selling food will be required to get approval and provide proof of MOBILE licensing from the Camden County Health Department. Please note having a certified food business does not guarantee your product will be approved for sale in a Market environment by the Health Department. Brick and Mortar permits are NOT the same as having a mobile permit.

Magnolia Night Market has very limited space and reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor as they see fit. Rates are subject to change as the year progresses

Absolutely NO TEAR DOWNS before close of event! Leaving during the event causes confusion and can be a major safety hazard. It is disrespectful and unacceptable.

Applicants who are awarded opportunities at any HIP events under these specifications shall indemnify and hold harmless Heights in Progress, HIP INC., any co-host or collaborating HIP entity, Haddon Heights Farmers' Market, the Borough of Haddon Heights or corresponding borough the event is located at, its officers, employees, agents, and servants from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, recoveries, judgments, costs and expenses including attorney fees, incurred to suffered on account of property damage or loss and/or personal injury, including loss of life of any person, agency, servants or subcontractors in the performance of the work described in these specifications. The applicant further agrees that this indemnification by the applicant shall continue after completion of any and all HIP events for all claims, demands suits, actions, recoveries, judgements, costs and expenses including attorneys fees resulting from acts or omissions the applicant, its employees, agents, servants or subcontractors which occur prior to the completion of the event or season. *
