Set up is from 2:30 - 3:45PM
Absolutely NO TEAR DOWNS before close of the event! Leaving during the event causes confusion and can be a major safety hazard. It is disrespectful and unacceptable.

Location: The Downtown District Of Haddon Heights along Station Ave (Vendor SET UP AT 2:30PM)

Check in at the tent in at the corner of E. Atlantic Ave & Station Ave. Information and directions will be given prior to the day of the event.
- Beer / Wine / Artisan Vendors / Food Trucks
- All participants acknowledge they will be provide with (1) 10x10 vendor spot. Space is limited and given on a first come first serve basis.
- Tents are REQUIRED and must have 20 pound tent weights on each leg of ten. Any vendor that does not have the proper set up may be asked to not participate.
Food Truck Vendors $200 **Plus cost of applicable permits
Artisan / Craft Vendor Spaces $100
This form is for vendors wishing to sell items during the Magnolia Night Market. There is no guarantee that your application will result in participation at the Market, but all applications will be reviewed and considered. If your farm/business is selected for participation, you will be contacted by Market Admin.
We must reject any food product that is prepared in a home kitchen. However- Cottage license placards are accepted.
All vendors selling food will be required to get approval and provide proof of MOBILE licensing from the Camden County Health Department. Please note having a certified food business does not guarantee your product will be approved for sale in a Market environment by the Health Department. Brick and Mortar permits are NOT the same as having a mobile permit.
Magnolia Night Market has very limited space and reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor as they see fit. Rates are subject to change as the year progresses
