HIP Inc. invites you to be part of SoccerFest26 — a three-day World Cup celebration taking place June 25–27, 2026 at Wiggins Waterfront Park on the Camden Waterfront. In partnership with Visit South Jersey, this large-scale regional event will transform the waterfront into a vibrant international festival experience featuring giant match watch parties, artisan vendors, soccer activations, food experiences, music, and South Jersey culture.

HIP is proud to help curate and manage a diverse vendor marketplace designed to create energy, culture, and meaningful community engagement throughout the weekend. If you’ve worked with HIP before, you already know we’re committed to creating organized, high-traffic events with strong community impact and memorable experiences for vendors and attendees alike. Vendor space is limited and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage interested vendors to apply early.

Soccer Fest '26: World Cup Soccer • Culture • Community • South Jersey

SoccerFest26 transforms the Camden Waterfront into a vibrant international festival experience centered around the excitement of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Guests will enjoy large-screen match viewings, artisan vendors, food experiences, live entertainment, and interactive soccer activities throughout the weekend.

The event will feature a curated marketplace of artisan and craft vendors, regional food experiences, and a South Jersey FlavorFest Beer and Wine Village designed to celebrate the culture, creativity, and diversity of the region.

This free family-friendly event is designed to bring communities together through sports, culture, music, food, and shared experiences while showcasing the energy and hospitality of South Jersey during one of the world’s largest sporting events.

- Vendor check-in begins daily at 9:30AM. All vendors must complete setup between 9:30AM–11:30AM.

- 10x10 vendor tents, overnight security, and free vendor parking are included with approved vendor participation.

- Vendors participating all 3 days may leave approved setups overnight at their own discretion with overnight security provided on-site.

- NJ-based artisan and craft vendors will receive priority consideration. Duplicate vendors will be minimized to maintain marketplace diversity.

Vendor Space Fees

$400 Full Weekend Artisan / Craft Vendor Fee (June 25–27)

$200 Single Day Artisan / Craft Vendor Fee

$30 Non-Refundable Vendor Application Fee


Approved vendors will receive booth placement, overnight security access, and vendor parking instructions prior to the event.


Vendor fees do not include tables, chairs, electric, WiFi, or lighting.


All vendors must carry valid business liability insurance to participate.
